HVAC Systems

The HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) system module enables you to model the movement of air and the equipment used for ventilation and climate control. You can use rectangular or round ducts, connect appliances, and configure elements like fans and duct fittings to represent real-world HVAC layouts.

Electric Fan Structure

The electric fan element is designed as a combination of:

• An electric motor, implemented as a child electrical appliance.
• Two duct fittings to connect it into the air distribution system.

This structure allows simulation of airflow within the system and provides a modular way to represent powered ventilation.

• Duct Menu
  • Add Rectangular Duct – Insert a straight air duct with a rectangular cross-section.
  • Add Round Duct – Insert a cylindrical air duct for smooth airflow distribution.
